2. Refund Issues:

  • Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer any refunds outside of the above mentioned cases. All sales are final and no refund will be issued, unless in exceptional cases – e.g. when the original painting you ordered doesn’t arrive at all or is not the one you ordered or arrives completely ripped or otherwise heavily damaged due to errors by the delivery service.   • Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Additionally, please include photographs or other evidence to support your claim.
  • Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review your case and determine if you are eligible for a refund. We may request additional information or documentation to assist with our evaluation.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as fast as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
